The Program
You will visit places with a powerful resonance from remote ancient times that are portals to other dimensions, thousands of years older than Stonehenge.
With attunement through teachings, contemplations, meditations, and rituals from the local traditions and from the Nâm tradition, you will harmonise the abundance of marvelous impulses that you will receive, and integrate them into well-being.
You will dive into the dimension of the Mother Goddess, the fairies, the giants, and other aspects of the cultural and spiritual Heritage of this island with the form of a footprint.
On some days in authentic villages, you will participate in ancient shamanic apotropaic ritual feasts that originate far back in time, performed through the centuries without interruption, passed from generation to generation, and performed even nowadays for the well-being of the collectivity.

In this way the English writer David Herbert Lawrence describes the Spirit of the Island. Sardinia is indeed such a place. A special and unique experience that nourishes well-being.
In this enchanted land we become travellers and visit special places, but not as tourists in search of experience but as inner explorers in search of our own essence in every experience.
It is a shamanic journey into the soul of the Island, with the intention of taking home the benefits of spending a week in this original land.
The uniqueness of this travel is that it is guided by an authentic shaman native of the island. That means that she will guide you from within into the mysteries of Sardinia where myth and reality coexist.

Anna Montis
This event is guided by Anna Montis, a shaman native of Sardinia.
She has inherited the shamanic gift from her ancestors, which was further developed in a spiritual context after the encounter with the spiritual guide Yoginâm.
Since 1995 she has been practising shamanism for the well-being of people through healings, lessons, journeys with groups to her native island, rites of passage (for instance with birth, death, puberty, etc.), and the purification of homes and objects from negative energy with the aim of restoring harmony.

The lineage of her ancestors and the Natural Spirituality of Master Yoginâm are the roots of her shamanic call. This combination of practising shamanism in attunement in Nâm allows her to manage soul impressions into harmony.

For years I have brought people from all over the world to Sardinia.
Several times I came with my Spiritual master, the person who I met in 1994 and who guided me in applying shamanism in the light of Nâm for the well-being of people.”

The Base Location
The Monastry of Villa Tecla
We will be based in a charming and comfortable monastery, offering private rooms. The monastery is nestled within a beautiful park, creating a serene atmosphere. Just a one-minute walk away and you will find yourself by the sea. The nuns, with their loving kindness and deep respect for diverse spiritual paths, meticulously prepare and serve delicious meals.
